Michael also oversees Velocity’s external positioning, ensuring the firm maintains strong credibility with governments, institutional partners, and global investors.Michael is also the founder of **Serwadda Group**, an investment management and global advisory firm focused on U.S.–Africa relations, cross-border strategy, and long-term economic positioning. He has advised governments, corporations, and investors on international affairs, policy and regulatory strategy, market entry, and ecosystem development.Previously, Michael held senior leadership roles across the private sector. He served as **Chief of Staff at HP Inc.** before going on to become **Director of Global Affairs**, supporting executive leadership on global policy, public affairs, and international operations.
